Access to Raven's Dust - Good Path
Talk to Parandar (1661,1226,0) who is in a house front the temple of Windhowl.
You must be at least level 40 then provide 1 Wasp Wax and 50 000 gold.
Then speak to Liurn Clar (1599,1250,0) who is in the Mages Tower west of Parandar. This NPC teleports you to the second island.
You still have the option of doing the original access quests from The Fourth Coming, they have been simplified slightly.
